The Aikido Arts Institute was established to provide exclusive instruction in the martial science and martial arts of Hiriki Aikido. Included within the Institute’s curriculum are Hiriki Classical Aikido®, Mixed Martial Aikido®, Street- Proven Self Defense®, conflict resolution, meditation methods, and the martial healing arts.
The Aikido Arts Institute strives to bring the budo of O Sensei Ueshiba’s Aikido into the twenty-first century. Students of Hiriki Aikido live with budo precepts. We provide an environment of openness, acceptance, and respect for every individual. And whether novice or adept, we each consider ourselves to be merely students on the path.
