Women's Self Defense Seminar
Our next Women's Self Defense Seminar/Class will be Saturday, 10-August-2024 at 10am.
AUGUST'S CLASS WILL BE NO CHARGE!
We want to give back to the town and community and offer our August Women's Self Defense class at no charge!
We will run our women's class every second Saturday of even numbered months. Please check our website to ensure the class is running and to register.

Our Goal:
Our goal is to give our students the confidence and skills necessary to protect themselves and their loved ones in a violent, frightening, unpredictable world.
We want our members, as well, to grow with the art, and help improve their physical health, mental health and overall wellbeing.
